Terms of Service

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the mobile games and related services (the "Service") provided by Future Jelly Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). The covered games are listed in our Privacy Policy. Where this English text and the Korean original differ, the Korean original prevails.

1. Acceptance and changes

By installing and using the Service you agree to these Terms. We may update them and will give at least 7 days' notice in the app or on this page (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes; if you do not, stop using and delete the app.

2. Accounts and game data

The Service has no sign-up or login. Your progress, currency, items and settings ("Game Data") are stored against an identifier derived from your device. Changing devices or deleting and reinstalling the app may therefore not carry your Game Data over, and we are not obliged to restore it. Users under 14 (or the age of digital consent in your region) need a parent's or guardian's consent to use the Service and to make purchases.

3. The Service

We aim to provide the Service 24/7 but may suspend it for maintenance, outages or store policy reasons. We may change game content (stages, difficulty, the types and prices of currency and items, how ads are shown) and will announce material changes in advance. We may discontinue all or part of the Service with 30 days' notice; unused paid Coins will be refunded as required by law, while free Coins and items will not.

4. Purchases

  1. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their payment terms. Prices may vary by store and country.
  2. Coins and items are granted immediately after a completed purchase. If delivery is delayed by a connection problem, it completes automatically on the next launch; if not, contact us and we will grant it after checking.
  3. "Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your Game Data. If your Game Data is lost (section 2), use the store's restore-purchases feature.
  4. Products with a purchase limit can be bought only that many times per set of Game Data.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

  1. Paid products are digital content delivered and usable immediately. Once any part of the granted Coins or items has been used, the purchase cannot be withdrawn, as permitted by Korean consumer law. We state this in the shop.
  2. Refunds for unused products follow the refund process of the store where you paid. When a store notifies us of a refund, we remove the Coins and items granted by that purchase; if your balance is insufficient, it may go negative and be offset against future earnings.
  3. If a product was not delivered due to our fault, we will redeliver or refund it.
  4. Free Coins, free items and rewards for watching ads are not refundable.

6. Virtual currency and items

Coins and items are usable only within the Service. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred, sold or lent. They are a limited license to use features of the Service, not your property, and they expire when the agreement ends. We may adjust their effects, prices and sources for game balance.

7. Advertising

The Service contains ads, and some rewards require watching an ad to the end. Ad content is the responsibility of advertisers and ad platforms; we are not liable for transactions made through ads. "Remove Ads" removes forced ads only, not the optional ads you choose to watch for rewards.

8. Your obligations

You must not: tamper with, reverse engineer or cheat the app, servers or data (including automation or payment bypass); exploit bugs for gain; disrupt the Service or harm other users; infringe our intellectual property or copy or distribute Service content; or otherwise break the law or these Terms.

9. Restrictions and termination

If you breach section 8 we may warn you, adjust your Game Data, restrict your use or terminate the agreement. You may terminate at any time with Settings > Delete my data in the app; deleted Game Data, including paid Coins, items and Remove Ads, cannot be recovered. We may delete Game Data that has not been used for 1 year after giving 30 days' notice in the app or on this page.

10. Intellectual property

The Service and all its content (characters, art, sound, software, puzzle data) are owned by us and protected by copyright and other IP laws. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for loss caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, network failures, outages of app stores, ad platforms or other third-party services), for Game Data lost through device change, loss or reset, app deletion or your breach of section 8, or for profits you expected from the Service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to loss caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information under our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact us first through the in-app "Contact us"; unresolved disputes go to the competent court under Korean civil procedure law or the Anyang Branch of the Suwon District Court. Korean users may also apply for mediation with the Korea Consumer Agency or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
